Monster Cookie Cake Pops

the ultimate flavor combo

To me a monster cookie is the original ‘kitchen sink’ cookie. It is packed full of (seemingly) too many fun items: peanut butter, oats, chocolate chips and M&Ms – but somehow they all blend perfectly together. I was reminded of this when I ate one at an event in January and immediately threw the idea onto my ever growing cake pop potential flavor list. This is a more complicated recipe but has a really in depth flavor profile and so many fun elements. The cake bakes up fluffy AF too – let me know if you try it!
